Shiva or Anima. Shiva because she's hot and when yuna summons her it looks cool. Anima because she looks cool and her overdrive is cool.

honestly i have to say anima or bahamut (although i perfer bahamut over anima) WHY?? cuse i have almost all his stats maxed out and he has damage break!! so he can pound any fiend's @SS, lol

Bahamut, always have been my favorite summon during all the games, though i dun like his new form that much he would still be my favorite.
