I was about five and staying at my grandparents farm in the North-woods. It was a very hot summers day and my grandmother let me play naked out in a rainstorm. When the rain stopped I was cold and my grandmother wrapped me in a towel and took me upstairs to my room and read me a book and told me she loved me as I was going to sleep for my nap. I felt warm, safe and loved. Every-time I smell the smells after a summer rain I remember that time and it takes me to a warm happy place.

The biggest miracle I have ever experienced was the moment my son was born... I had problems throughout my pregnancy with Gestational Diabetes... and they had found fluid in his lower abdomen.. Just a week or two before he was born... I stayed in labor for fourteen hours and pushed for 3 more... But couldnt have him, they were afraid the stress on his heart was getting to be harmful so they wanted me to have a cessarean. I had never been so scared in my whole entire life... The defining moment came, and all I could remember thinking was how much I wanted my son to be born okay... Then he was born... and I kept asking everyone if he was okay, and he began to cry. The moment I looked into his eyes and heard him crying. The relief I felt inside... Was enough to change the way I looked at the world... Theres so much sadness in the world, But theres also a lot of happiness and love. You just got to take the time to reflect on all the good that your life has to offer...That was my defining moment, The moment I looked into my sons eyes... I realized this is why I am here.. That there was meaning to my life. I was now a mother. Responsible for the love and care, and the shaping and molding, the basis for someones life. I have never been the same, I now have purpose and fullfillment. Theres nothing I love more then being a mom

When I finally realized what being happy was, not a life of ease with no problems, but those extraordinary moments of wonder or beauty or just plain silliness. To live in the now, do what I love and notice when a happy moment happens.

For some reason, my favorite is when I hear my children,(or any children) laughing from another room.

As most parents would say, the day their children were born. Mine is a bitter sweet story. The day i gave birth to my first child was the happiest, but also the saddest. He died just an hour and 14 mins after birth. I was so ecstatic to meet him finally. But lost him on the same day.

The day the bank approved our home loan was pretty darn exciting!!

Milestones my children reach, such as first step, first tooth, loss of first tooth etc. They are all exciting!

One of the happiest days of my life is the day i discovered I had psychic abilities and could in turn, help people in their grief etc.. That made me very happy as I always love helping people!

The day i got my first ever horse! I fell instantly in love with him. One of the best animals I have ever met!

The day I got my first car and in turn, My licence!

The day i lost my virginity. I felt different!! Not that it really makes any difference to you as a person. It just at the time, feels like it does!

My very first mothers day as a new mum!

The day i realised my father DOES love me and IS proud of me! The day he came to ME for advice and help!

The day i proved my EVER RIGHT mother wrong hehehe... That was a good feeling! First time I ever caught her out being wrong about somthing. Dont Mothers just get under your skin when tehy are always right hehehe.

Theres just a few!

Two, really. The first was the day I gave birth to my son at home and I held him in my arms for the first time. And the second time when I saw him at the foot of my gurney after they brought me back from the white light. Never thought that was possible 'til it happened to me. I would call that extraordinary.

Many, many moments with my daughter; birth, baby discoveries like toes and such, baby and childhood giggles, lead in her school play, the birth of her daughter and watching her be so much like her mother, etc. I am such a sap when it comes to the both of them. Any time I know I have been able to do something helpful for someone, which is why I hang out here.

Aside from the day I married or the days my children were born...must have been the day I was baptized. I was so full of euphoria I thought I would burst. I have moved away from religion now as it is so fake and man-made, but that night of my baptism and the awesome feelings I had will stay with me forever.

My two year old grandson sat in a motorized toy car that had been his cousins and we showed him how to push the gas pedal. He made the car move forward and made the most wonderful sound of glee. It was so pure. I know that life does not give you many of those pure experiences of genuine glee. I guess you have to be two. It was wonderful to be there and see it.

On a whale watch off the coast of Cape Cod with my hubby. We saw many finbacks, humpbacks and minkies. On the way back to shore, a school of dolphins swam alongside our boat. Truly a joyous sight!
