Depending upon what you mean by pick. BB's that are inzies collect icky stuff and need to be cleaned regularly or they are stinky (I bet outzies didn't know that about us). If you don't clean it out, it will continue to gather - more than lint and can get compacted and infected.
I've heard stories about extra sized people with huge BB's and all the icky muck that surgeons find in there when they have to go in and clean them out....ewwwwww

You will pop like a baloon and fly around the room backwards as all the air comes out of your body. Then you will be a flat person and this will make it hard to eat.
You'll get very hungry and die.

Just do not use the same finger that you use to pick your nose. You don't want any navel - nasal cross contamination.
