Get one of those seat covers made out of wooden beads, like taxi drivers have. They allow air to circulate around you while you're sitting, which should decrease sweating.

Try using an anti-perspirant powder. Gold Bond makes one.

spray antiperspirant. its gross but i have this problem with my feet i use antiperspirant on them before i put on my socks and shoes, now i don't have stinky feet anymore because the sweating has stopped.

try baby powder. or those seat cushions they have for autos.
