So many things sometimes. I wish I had a list as short as the one you put there.:) But sometimes nothing at all or maybe my mind goes into so many directions I go from one thing to the other. So I would say all of the above.

I'm a little claustrophobic so I then close my eyes and imagine that I'm in a coffin.
In this way, I am able to carefully conquer my fear of small spaces and death.
Try it. And you will find it relaxing.
