I looked up "Rich by choice, poor by habit" on Amazon and couldn't find it, so I don't know what style of book you're looking for. General non-fiction about dance? Biography? Dance-related fiction?

One of my daughter's college teachers made frequent reference to this one book that inspired her, so she asked me to buy her her own copy. It's "Dancing Desires: Choreographing sexualities on & off the stage," but that may not be your cup of tea.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
