I use Clean and Clear Daily Pore Cleanser from Johnson & Johnson. I'm pretty regimented about washing my face and have tried a lot of different products - this stuff works really well. It's good and inexpensive, too. I do use an oil-free moisturizer after I wash my face because my skin tends to get dry, but I'm pretty sure that it's due to the water where I live (and my complexion) and not the facial cleanser itself. Besides, an SPF-15 moisturizer is GREAT for protection against the sun and preventing wrinkles - but like I said, I'm minorly obsessed. :) If this doesn't work for you, you might try the Clinique line of facial products. I know you want something you can pick up at Target (and Clean and Clear is awesome) but if you have SUPER sensitive skin, the Clinique products are great.
P.S. Aveeno is also good, as a few other people mentioned. Personally, I find that Noxema dries the skin too much.

(Sorry) But it is a great one...I can see and feel the difference already! Just read carefully! Neutrogena cleansing bar for sensitive skin is great..there products all rock!

That depends on your skin type. Aveeno works alright, St. Ives works well. I really hate Neutrogena products.

I use Noxema Deep Cleansing Cream. It gently scrubs your face without overdrying your skin or depleting the healthy oils.
