Been buggin me for a while. does anyone know for sure if it is legal to have people in the bed of a truck while driving?

sure i trust that's going to be unlawful for any animal to be contained in the decrease back of a truck. i'm sorry yet not merely the negative aspects to the animal falling out and being killed yet to boot the cruelty of putting a canines into the mattress of a truck which could were sitting contained in the nice and comfortable temperature of the sunlight, go take your footwear off and stand contained in the mattress of a truck that has been contained in the ninety degree warmth for 0.5 an afternoon and be conscious how delicate that's, canines paws are extra comfortable to warmth and chilly and it hurts them and may reason burns on the pads of their ft. Be to blame and take care of the canines as you may take care of a baby. merely my opinion.

in some states and cities and towns it is illegal to ride in bed of truck however if you are own your own property it is a toss up

Depends on state and local laws anf regs. It is not too awful smart, if out on the street or road - almost as dangerous as riding out front on the hood.

yes it is regarding the seatbelt law. It is possible to install seats with belts back there.
