I did something wrong and my friend confronted regarding that, I felt genuinely bad and apologised. I had never repeated that action after my apology, inspite of that she bad mouthed about me to another friend of mine. She did not even know my other friend but she had the courage to tell her what wrong I did ? How should I react?

Simply discard her, if you can. Otherwise be a victim of her doings...!!

Ask her why she had the nerve to do that. If she snuffs you off don't worry about it, she obviously has a problem somewhere else. Talk to your other friend about how you think she was being innaproriate to say that to them. Then try and brush it off of your shoulder, but if your friend continues to bad mouth you find another friend, you don't need that. You tried your best and that's all that matters. Sometimes we have to lose friends, and it's sad but at the same time you have no obligation to be her friend, because friends aren't supposed to that to their other friends. Hopefully though things get better. I hope your "friend" can get a clue.

you should talk 2 her about it, tell her that what she's doing is not acceptable...and u only did it once(right?) if she can't stop telling bad stuff about u...then tell her that she has the dirtiest mouth ever, then dump your friendship w/ her....
