This really sound like a Jerry Springer nightmare, but first off you confront your father about your suspicion and let him know that if he is honest and upfront with it you can consider forgiving him (just a ploy for the truth). If he decides to admit it then you tell him that you want to confront your wife and see how he reacts and if its negative confront the wife right away.
Next, you and your mom go and file for legal separation until you can figure out what your next move is. Think it through in any event and act accordingly, handle this like a mature adult and don't resort to violence. I know it hurts but the truth sets a person free now you just have to deal with the truth.
