lol because your using mustles that you do not normally work out or use on a daily basis. try excersizing more

Painting a room is so boring because you obviously don't enjoy painting. The reason your arm and shoulder hurt the next day is because you are doing repetitive motion, (swinging a brush) and you are only working you arm and shoulder when you paint.

I have had a half paint room for 18 months now... My unit needs painting pretty bad but I put it off to I sell it... That will be in about 10 years when I fits that toilet too...
