i wouldn't try to fix a broken ankle on my own with any home remedies...

dude if you can sit and ask dat question on yahoo, it's most likely a sprain. sprains hurt but you can recover with ice and wrapping the ankle and elevating it when you sit. Stay off it as much as you can. but if its broken get your pattuty to the hospital.

broke all 5 toes on 1 foot and dr. said-don't step on it! brilliant but it is a fact and the only way anything heals of this nature. In other words, patience! Don't have any-you will! Just give it time and use a walker or crutches. Thee is no magic pill.

You will be immobilized and splinted or in a cask for two to three weeks so the other damaged tissues can heal.
Follow the instructions of you physician when being to use the joint again so the will be no re injury.
