does any body know where in Arizona is the best place to purchase a home to rent out?

The best places are in Gilbert, Arizona and East Mesa near the part of the 101/202 loop that is still under construction. The prices are lower now because of the construction, but when the freeway opens, the prices will shoot up and people are always wanting to rent near freeway access.
