over the last week or so I have just had the weirdest feeling that I could be pregnant. My husband and I have always used condoms and have never tried to have a baby, and I've never felt this way before, but for some reason like a week ago I started wondering if I was pregnant, when this is something I dont' even usually think about.

Now I can't get it out of my head, and I even think I might be having symptoms, like nausea and tiredness. I am about two days late on my period now. How long should I wait before having a pregnancy test? I dont' want to get one cuz I feel like maybe I'm just being silly and I don't want my husband to get excited about it or start thinking I am pregnant.....

I am not "fearful" of having a baby. I would love it if I were pregnant! I guess I am also afraid of taking a test because I would feel let down if I weren't pregnant? but I think I will take one tomorrow if I still don't get my period because I have always been very regular. I guess I could try to hide it from my husband.....

This may be a little hard to believe but I swear it's true..
I knew the very next day I was pregnant with my first. Everything about my body was different; I felt it, so to speak. Sure enough I was and because of that, I had my son exactly on the due date.
The same thing happened with my daughter and she too was born exactly on the due date.
Both kids were born naturally, no c-section, or induced labor.
With my son, my GYN explained that the reason I knew immediately that I conceived was because of my pituitary gland. His explanation ( simplified):
When I was on my period, my pituitary was fertile (ovulating) and when I was not my pituitary was (manner of speaking) My hormones were so strong that when I conceived, it caused an immediate reaction that I could actually feel
So, it could be similar with you. Get a EPT at the drug store, it's not to early to tell, then go see your doctor.
I hope the results are what you both are hoping for

I just felt pregnant and than my boyfriends best friend was telling me that i was acitng pregnant. (I don't know about that) We had had a couple pregnancy scares and i never felt the way I did this time. Turns out I was pregnant. So yeah I guess you can just feel it. It's that maternal instinct coming on. Go ahead and take the test now save yourself the worry hun.

I always knew I was pregnant before the test told me so. I always had a feeling. I have been pregnant 6 times. (4 kids, 1 miscarriage, 1 tubal pregnancy). Sometimes your body just tells you.

Go ahead and get the test. I just felt pregnant, and I am pregnant. 71/2 weeks. Go ahead and take the test, and if you want it to be private, dont tell your husband or anyone that you are doing it and do it at work or something like that. If you are, go ahead and tell your husband that you are. If you aren't, dont mention it. Good Luck!!

I have only been pregnant once and I had no clue...I have heard some women say that they "just knew" but not me....If you don't want to get your husbands hope up just take an at home pregnancy test and don't tell him unless it comes back positive. Good Luck!!!

A premonition doesn't indicate you could be pregnant. Perhaps you are fearful because of a lapse in the consistent use of protection. Your reasons for not using a pregnancy test kit make no sense.
