be carefull taking so much tylenol and motrin it is very possible to overdose and dangerous. Any fever that continues more than 24 hours should be checked out by a docter. If the pain is more toward your back it could be a kidney infection (fever) if the pain is in your belly it could be a number of things any of them dangerous if not taken care of.

Would that be 4-5 doses a day? You can overdose your kidneys on tylenol.

Yes. Ibuprofen and Tylenol (Acetametaphen) are incredibly toxic. They do interfere with inflammation and pain signalling but they cause cell damage (leaking capillaries, for instance), and liver death to cytochrome p-450 (very important liver cells), and kidney damage.

It shouldn't be, no. The fever might be from a bladder or kidney infection, do you have any other signs like burning urine? itch? You should probably see a doctor and get a urine test to rule out infection.

Taking to much of any drug can be hard on your kidneys, so can being sick for a long time. Drink lots of water and you'll feel better.
