Assuming your breaker box is up to code, and has the needed capacity, probably less than $100 to have it run for you.
Of course, that don't count the permit if your area requires one.

Not that much really. Just be sure you have a large enough breaker for the dryer (50 amp I think). Use large enough wire for the dryer (10-3 or 8-3 I think. Check with your building supply store or Home Depot). And do not work in a hot breaker panel.

basic rule of thumb is $265 per home run (you need 2) and $50 per device (again you need 2, and another 2 if breakers are needed). This is a quick estimator and covers up to 100' from panel for material and labor. Of course if there are extreme circumstances the figures will increase like no spaces for breakers (you will need at least 3). These are based on California's prices. Most other states divide these numbers in half.

an electrician would charge you anywhere from $500 on up. best to call in several licensed electricians and ask them to give you a price there is too many factors to give you a price on this forum.
Distance from breaker panel to washer / dryer?
Size of washer / dryer (amperage needed)?
Is there breakers or do you need breakers?
Is there enough power in the panel?
If you don't do this to building code you could start a fire and invalidate your home owners insurance.
* you need a licensed electrician this is not basic wiring *
