is my life over no that i have a felony or sould i go to college and get a degree or will this be a waste of time in getting a job

No there are plenty of programs designed for felons to get there life back on tract. You may be able to go back to school depending on your desired field and get the taxpayers to pay for it. You should go to your local DHS or CPS office and they will be able to refer you to where all of that information will be available for you. Good Luck!!!

what kind of job do you want to get and what was your felony? i know a guy w/ a felony and it's almost impossible for him to find a job. nowadays, it seems like nobody is willing to give people a second chance....kind of sad. i'd say go for it....but have a good explanation/answer if interviewers ask about it. your life isn't over....it's just going to be much more difficult now.
