Everyone will think you are the girl's father or that she is a gold-digger after your money. If you've been married before and have kids, your friends and your kids will judge you. Your ex-wife probably already hates you. I can't really see what a 25 year old woman would want in a 48 year old man unless you have a ton of money or you're hung like a horse. In either case, ride it for all it's worth!

I know of such relationships --- very few work.
One, you are younger and having an older husband will be trying as the years go by - if you want to know how it'll be, go work(or volunteer) in a nursing home --- I'm serious, you have to face the realization in having a relationship with an older man - in 20 years, he'll be 68 - you might as well be prepared when his health starts to go --- I take care of my mom and she's in her early 70's..... (her health troubles started in her late 60's.)

Men of 48 are going thru a mid life crisis.....and what man doesnt like a younger woman? She as a 25 year old will probably lose interest fast. Take a chance. Its done everyday under "normal" age circumstances. Nothing in life is guaranteed.

Most definately!
My husband is considerabley older than I. Not 23 years, but enough to notice a difference.
To me his age does not matter. I love him and I know I will spend the rest of my life with him. In fact we are having our first child together. Even though he'll be 60 at her graduation, he'll be there with me.
Love is a very special gift from GOD. If the chemistry is there then it could be meant to be.
She is 25 and is old enough to know what she wants out of life. At 25 we women are also ready to settle down and have families.
So, if your willing to start over again, then go for it!

it sounds to me as if it is more lust than love, so, yes i would say go for it. there is nothing wrong with a fling. i done the same thing with an older woman. a younger person can not love a person that much older though due to the fact that they do not possess the same interests as you, therefore resulting in resentment and inevitably a break up.

There is no law saying that you can't date - you are both adults. You have a pretty big age difference so that will always play a factor in your relationship, but other than that you can try it and see how it works out.

Nothing is wrong with that! Well I hope not because the guy that I really like and have feelings for is 36 and I am only 20! Go for it! Good luck!

Yes possible for sure just take your time and dont rush things! Get to know each other really well and date for a while and go from there! Make sure to go to premarriage counseling too before you get married if it does get serious! I wish you both the best!

Sure what the heck? As long as she's not 17 and he's 48! Now that would pose a slight problem.

I know someone that married someone 20 years older than her. And they have stayed married for over 20 years! It all depends on the couples personalities, views on dating each other/being a couple, etc.
