where is the gold bar above the browser?

to download flash player it says u may need to go to the gold bar above the browser

That is if you get a popup blocked for using their activex control. It pops up just above where you see the visible webpage, below your browser menues if you have a popup blocker enabled.

What gold bar? Only download from safe and familiar sites, when in down cancel, close and try again! Even if you know the site is supposed to be legitimate!

i dont know what kind of flash player that is
but download the one from macromedia.com
not anywhere else
