Probably not too common. I think it is a very pretty name and for the longest time I wanted to name my daughter that (if I ever had one). It reminds me of Jasmine Guy, a very pretty actress -- as you might recall from the TV program A Different World, her character was Whitley.

jasmine maybe a common name, but if u spell it a crazy way then it will stand out. and if your name is already jasmine then try to find a nic name.
