Go to a Staples, Office Max or Office Depot. They all sell a variety of planners in different shapes, sizes and such.

My favorite planner of all time and the classic journal of artists, writers, and philosophers throughout history as been the Moleskine notebook.
Go to moleskineus.com and look at buying the Large Daily Planner. It is about 8" x 5", and has a full page for every day of the year to write in. The pages are dated, so it can be used as a journal or a planner (it also has numbered times throughout the day to help with daily appointment planning). It's a gorgeous black covered notebook with a black elastic band that slips over it to keep it closed.
The best, and most famous, part of this historical notebook design is that it has a pocket in the inside back cover. You can slip your address booklet into it (comes with it) or slip photos in it for safekeeping. It is simply a classic.

If you have some money, or have a birthday or other special day coming up, get (or ask for) a PDA. Even a cheap one will have a planner in it, and you can even set alarms so you don't forget important stuff.

DayTimer makes several excellent planners - one of them geared especially for students.

Make your own using Word. Print out the pages and put them in a cool binder. totally custom - fits your needs perfectly unlike store bought ones where you usually have whole sections that you'll never use.

why don't u list out the activities that u will doing weeky and try to arrange it by according to u what it the most important. try to write it in com and print it out. then u can attach it at the place that u wiil always look at it
