nothing to it, I have been jumping for 30 years and still jump, not at high and far but still do it. Get the feel of the bike, make sure the suspension can handle it. motocross bike can, off road motorcycle are more stiff but can still jump. Start on small jumps 2 or 3 feet high, then work your way up. you will find your max. a good motocross bike had no problems on a 15 feet wall with a 90 to 100 feet distance. good luck and have fun. "airtime"

Calculate the mass times the speed verses wind speed, and direction.

However should you wish to make a 360 while in the air, you would need to also calculate the circumference time PI to figure the trippen dicular angle at the tangent of the arch. To figure at what point you would come in contact with the earth.

make sure you have your weight evenly distributed across the center of the bike and start jumping off of a low ramp slowly to get the feel for it

With a helment, plenty of protection, a life insurnace and an ambulance on scene. Make sure you specify on your driver's license that you are donating both your organs and your body. There are plenty of people out there in the need of them, who are willing to take life a little bit more serious.
