It is really sad that guys STILL think they can enlarge the thing!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, you CAN'T!!!!! The battery operated just enlarges it for a little while. There is NO way to enlarge the penis on a permanent basis!!!!!

Use penis enlargement cream. Apricot is a good product. See ur dermatologist first so he can tell u if ur selected product is good for the penis without any side effects.

If pills and creams worked wouldn't every guy being running straight to buy them????
Aside from surgery, where they give you extra skin to allow more blood flow... (eww) - You could always go to a sex store and buy a -c ** k ring- they don't make you any bigger necessarily, but it might appear that way because it keeps the blood up in there.. and is supposed to make you last longer - and they're really cheap like 3 bucks or something.
