first ask yourself "do you feel the same way when it comes to things you like to do ? " If the answer is yes then it can be many things and a trained Dr. is where you should be getting advise . A wild guess I would say maybe your very out of shape and even though working out is the last thing you want to do as you do it , it becomes easier and easier . You will find your energy level rise , you will be lighter on your feet . That's a physical possibility . A mental possibility is you may be depressed , this can sap your energy . Again you need to interview with a professional , not take advise from goofballs that have know business giving medical advise .

You might need to take vitamins.
You may need more sleep.
If you do not want to work out you do not have to, but find an active activity you do enjoy. Rachet ball, biking, martial arts, sports, any thing that has you doing some thing. You do not have to do push ups and run boringly in a straight line or on a treadmill to be active.
And as some one else said if you do not enjoy your job at all you are going to feel bad all day and even after work.

I had the same problem!!!
first you start with a good nights rest (8 or 9 hours)
then get up an hour or so earlier and have a good breakfast or do some light exercise (yoga)
this should keep you up and alert all day

Put a bottle of Full Throttle energy drink into your Orange juice in tha morning *wink*

Maybe you aren't getting enough sleep or need a higher energy diet? Get your thyroid tested too because that can make you feel tired and lazy, it's a simple blood test.

I have found if you do not like the job you can tend to be lazy. Try having a more positive outlook when working try to have some fun if possible and just go for it.
