when the accusation has been made even if there were no grounds found it has to be taken into account the state is responsible for placing those children into good homes if something happens to the child the parent will sue the state for a boot full of money so they pretty much have to cover their behinds if there is even a shadow of a doubt they will deny the license in most cases

why would you want to if you were accused unfound or not you know how hard it was to prove you were not neglect full why would you want to go through that again and the answer is no even though you were found not guilty it stays on there record for ever it is really hard to be a foster parent today you go through alot to get approval and it is how it should be and you live in a fish bowl while you are fostering again the way it should be there are alot of programs you could do though to help the kids talk to a state worker in your state and find out how you can volunteer

Were you convicted or charged with " Neglect "? If it was only an accusation and didnt proceed further from that then yes, you can get a license for being a foster parent
