should the man still have to pay child support? i dont think so sense she took it from the condom. but morlay he should, i probably would just cause it my kid even though it wasent made by me willingly. should the women get in trouble?

this was on the news many weeks ago and i dont rember how they found out the lady used the sperm from the condom but they did and now i decided to see what others though about this...

What an icky, sick mess you got yourself into! I'd get the child DNA tested after he/she is born. The woman could be pulling a fast one.
Get a GOOD attorney on your side.
Another good question you might want to explore....How LONG does sperm cells survive outside the body without refrigeration or other special environmental control?
If sperm can't survive without special environmental controls, then maybe some other guy is the father and she "picked" you because you have deeper pockets or something.
But look into the sperm cell survival issues and GET AN ATTORNEY!
Pregnancy by conspiricy and deceit has got to have some legal consequences for the woman.....just don't know what could come of it. Women like that give the rest of us gals a bad rap and make nice guys cynics!

I heard about this a few years ago. Women having sex with sports stars and saving the condoms trying to get pregnant so they'd get a lot of money. Pretty crummy!

Yes, the child is still your child and you willingly had sex with her. You should have taken the condom and disposed of it properly. If she got pregnant you are responsible for the child.

Trying to be an im-partial judge, I would probalby side with him. He used the condom to prevent her from getting pregnant. When she dumped the semen from the condom into herself without his permission, she intentionally violated his trust and his goal to not get her pregant. I see this as an underhanded trick for a woman to get money from a man.

Here's a tip after you have sex take the condom and get rid of it yourself so there's no chance of her getting your sperm!

Once sperm is exposed to air, it dies. There is no possible way of a female becoming pregnant like that.

Well put it this way, and you need to have some supporting evidence that she had done such a thing, then if it is proven, I guess that you wouldn't have to pay child support.
But otherwise, be a good father and pay child support. @_@

That would be very hard to prove either way and if you arent married perhaps you shouldnt take the risk

for one if the guy is smart.... he would buy condoms with spermacide... but its the same as if the condom broke... its his sperm and if he does the deed he's as equally responsible... unfortunatly for him its not just some anomyous sperm donation...
