iat the begging of the year i wrote a letter t o my crush telling him how i feel i planned on giving it to him at the end of the school year ,but now i lik somone new , should i still give the letter i would lik him to know that i did really like before .

Why not if u dont lik him anymore then it shouldnt matter, i did the same thing, except, i gave the boy i lik a poem, and i still lik the boy

No, you shouldn't give him the letter, but you can tell him how you felt at first. (And that you wrote a letter.-But only if you all have a cool relationship like that.- ) And if he ask for it then give it to him.
If you never really just talk to the guy that ship sail.

Why would you do that? If you don't like him anymore, don't give him the letter. If you give it to him and it turns out he liked you too, he'll just be upset about what he missed out on.

well if you aint in to him anymore you may wanna keep the letter and put it up write a new letter to your new crush! evem though there is a possability that he likes you and is to shy to say so but it is ok cause you aint in to him so dont give it to him.
