Clemens was not allowed to sign with Houston until May 1st. Also, if Clemens was serving a suspension, he would have to serve it as an active member of his team.

Unless MLB has decided to violate its own rules, Clemens has not tested positive for a banned substance.

Due to the fact that the houston astros did not offer him arbitration he was not allowed to sign with a major league team until The begining of June. If clemens was caught using them it would be all over the news.

and doesnt it seem strange that albert pujols injures hisself on an innocent turn, is out for 6 weeks, and is now the leading candidate to be on grimsley's list.
