Have you ever run your fingers across your body and you get goose bumps? Run your fingers lightly over your body causing the "chill" bumps. That with a cold damp washcloth and a fan on you. Trail the cold wash cloth to create the same "chill" effect.

This is it, Take hot tea really hot to make u sweat very well then take a cool shower dont stay too long under the shower, dont dry ur body, u can apply cream if u want but dont dry ur body allow it to dry by itself. U will feel very fresh it takes along way before u can sweat again!!

Make sure you have liquids in your body (preferably water) and that your feet are uncovered. Fans only circulate hot air and AC cannot always battle humidity.
Take a cold bath instead next time and eat ice cubes.
