chi-chi's. they all sing to you and give you a hat. it is very embarrassing. tell them someone you are dining with is having a birthday, it is entertaining. plus the hat and dessert

Adults, Ringside is an excellent restaurant for a special occasion. Best steaks in Portland. Jakes is also very good. If its for kids, I wouldn't know. I have no children.

Max & Erma's - - when my friends and i were 16 we said it was someones 21st birthday, and the server made her stand up on her chair, got the ENTIRE restaraunts attention, then screamed that it was her birthday and sang to her... so if you really want to embarrass someone, you should take them there.
