Try one that doesn't look like a diary,like one that looks like a regular book,maybe even a fake book cover.That's how I keep mine because my family would never pick up a book and read it.

Don't let anyone know that a diary exists. Hide it where nobody looks ever.

Well, I had a gf who tried that. Her mom found it one day. That was a very bad day indeed. You see, her mother read all of the things that she was keeping secret. It ended our relationship. If you have to hide it, you are better off keeping it in your head.

put your diary on your computer with passwords!!!back it up on r/w cd's!!

make yourself a code then even if someone were to get into it they would not understand what you have written
