ok this one is so easy i swear this owrks get a bowl but half a cup of salt and all of the juice in one lime mix into a past let it sit in the fridge for a lil bit then leave it on ur face for like a hour and ur acne and freckles go away

Dormant acne? I am not sure what that is. Try and go to a dermatologist if it really bothers you.

Dead sea mud pack, rinse.
Lemon juice.
Moisturizer.
And eat right for gosh sakes, or you'll never fix it.
