I wonder the same about girls most of the time. I think the best way for a girl to find out if i liked her would be to talk to my best friend, I always tell my best friend who i like.

if they r looking down.. they really love u(and also respect ur feelings). these guys admire u!
if they are looking at ur eyes.. they like u.. and can do anything 4 u
