Can someone explain evolution to me?

I understand how natural selection works but how would a fish start to grow hands and arms out of fins for walking on land. Since there is no intelligence in evolution how does the DNA of an organism change over that long period of time.

DNA changes over a long period of time by different factors such as the temperature. For example, During the ice age, the organisms have tough skin, heavy fur to keep their body temperature warm. Then the earth warmed up so the these organisms no longer need the heavy fur to keep warm. Their children's children began to evolve to have less fur in order to not die of heat. The organism changes when its surroundings/environment change. Evolution is needed for the organisms to adapt and survive to the current living conditions presented upon them.

The reason you aren't getting a good answer to your question is that to understand evolution, you have to understand DNA. Unfortunately, DNA is complex enough that even I don't know exactly how it works.

Here's a one idea: Let's say that a species has a gene to grow a neck three inches long. Somehow a member of that species gets injured or something and manages to have two copies of that gene, so it grows a neck six inches long. Centuries later another mutation happens and it gets three copies of the gene so it has a neck nine inches long. Now your horse is a giraffe.

So, how does a fish grow hands? To make a fin, a fish has a bunch of genes. After a while it might get mutations so that the fin lets longer like and arm, and the fin separates to make finger.

We don't know the exact process for sure since we haven't witnessed most of it in person. All we've done is piece together fossil records.

A changing environment results in changing creatures. A fish might start out with a special or mutant fin that gives the fish an advantage over other fish. In theory evolution would reach a point of perfection were mutations were no longer advantageous if the environment remained constant.

THE ORGANISM CHANGES ITSELF TO THE ADAPTATIONS.
if you are living in a place which is hot, and when you move to a cold place,You feel first hard. But when you stay there for a long time your body adopts it and this is a little kind of evolution.

From the above e.g., the DNA is not changing at first.First your body adopting that,

The evolution don't takes place at a little time(except body adopting)it takes long time to change its DNA(millions of years)

An individual does not evolve, or "grow legs and arms out of its fins", a population evolves over millions of years. Small random changes are "selected" if they provide an advantage for an organism. In this case they are passed on to offspring. Everything changes. The entire planet is in constant change this causes advantageous genetic change to be in constant flux.

with the above saying.the theory of evolution is completly wrong and baseless.
1)how can something come to exsistence from nothing?
2)If man was evolved from ape,then from where were ape evolved from?
3)if man evolved from ape then now something has to evolve from man atleast some small,minute thing atleast?

Some scientist believe that DNA mutations accord and actually help the organisms survive. however, anyone who does enough research for them selvs and doesn't just take some one elses word for it will see that there is design.

Well, to change into a different species is doubtful. People have become larger, but they are still people. Flowers change colors, but they are still flowers. Fish are still fish, etc., etc....
