put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and sip it down-- then do another and another until your symptoms vanish--this stops food poisoning dead in its tracks!!!--you can also take the herb ginger and or cloves when you catch a germ or some bacteria from food in a restaurant--this is good too! If your symptoms are bad get on the vinegar regime immediately--it works better the sooner you take it.

well depending on how you feels the wings could have been undercooked. If so you may consider a doctor visit, I would just wait it out take some pepto and rest. if you don't get better see your doctor

If you just got back, cahnces are it wasn't from the food you just ate. Food bourne illnesses take at least 24 hours to take affect.

Cold rags on your forehead and neck. Drink LOTS of water. Wait it out. If you don't drink water, you'll de-hydrate. If it doesn't get better in 15 mins. GO TO THE HOSPITAL!

if you have bad craps and a cold sweat then you could have gotten food posioning go to the doctor.
