I think that the best thing for breakouts is the sun. Keep your skin clean and free from cream make-up bases while you are in the sun. I wouldn't take anything unless directed by a doctor.

I had acne as a teenager and the summer I hated, but when I realized the sun helped my skin I stuck to it. Tho I do not have sun in the winter here in the UK I use a tan bed once a week to keep my skin clear. Even now I get breakouts and I'm 36.

If you have oily skin be thankful coz you will age very well. It is a fact that oily skin takes longer to get old.

You should try it! People rag on Accutane all the time...but I tried it and it worked miracles! If you have oily skin and hair, it's great. But if you have dry skin already, it could be slightly irritating since it dries out the skin by stopping oil production. Stock up on chapstick and a good moisterizer! Don't get it from the doctor though...you can order it online without a prescription for about $120 for a months supply. Your doc will make you take monthly preg tests and lecture you every visit about the risks and blah, blah, blah....I didn;t have any side effects, except for clearer skin!
