You should first restart your computer. After restart if it's still freezing, then you should install an antivirus (I highly recommend you Bit Defender 9, direct download link: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Download/downloadFile/366/EN/bitdefender_prof_v9.exe). Scan the computer for viruses or spyware and then should work fine ;)

i think is you connection got some internal problem maybe is the net working problem and cheak your mail box capacital is it too many mail you have to delete some of them. some time will be the pc problem
