You can create a blog for free
or you can use Microsoft Publisher, Front
Page or Word. When you save your work
Click FILE, Save As... at the bottom of
that window, save your work as a WEB PAGE.
Download an FTP program (many free ones
are available, I recommend www.aceftp.com).
You will need a credit card to own the domain
name that you want. You can get a domain name
for about $20 bucks or higher. Everything else
is free. When you download the FTP, you can
google free instructions or they have excellent
step by step instructions as well as online live
help.
