Dream is from Neil Gaiman's The Sandman..He is the King of the dream relm, Preacher is a guy with the power of the word of GOD !!!!!!!...he can command someone to do something and they have to do it .

1) The Silver Surfer vs. Superman - The Silver Surfer (Cosmic Powers, faster then Superman, higher endurance, can live without food, water, air or energy)

3) Captain America vs. Batman - Captain America (although both excellent athlets, Captain America was injected with the Super Soldier Serum which makes him a bit better then Batman)
4) The Preacher vs. Dream - Dream

Superman, he has more brute strength and speed. He is also better at keeping his cool under pressure, While Norrin Rad has repeatedly lost his temper and done stupid things in battle.

Ghost Rider. He a true demon, not a mortal that was brought back to life by a demon (like Spawn). Also, Ghost Rider seems nearly invulnerable to pain and destruction, at times he has seemed to be completely destroyed yet has managed to reform his body. Spawn can be hurt, and disabled.

Batman. He is not afraid to fight dirty, get nasty, or use low down tricks to win. Steve Rodgers is a true boy scout, he is all about fairness, honesty, chivalry, and justice. He wouldnt stoop to Wayne's level, and would be suckered into numerous tricks that would allow Batman to win.

I have no idea as for Preacher vs Dream as I have not read much Sandman. I am more into Gaiman's other works, Hellblazer and The Punisher

I have to agree with Bradly T on most of his answers, except for Preacher vs Dream. Morpheus would win hands down- he's an eternal, and was there when God was "born". I am also quite certain Neil Gaiman did not have anything to do with the Punisher or Hellblazer. He did write for Spawn, though, which kind of makes me want to rethink that answer....

2) this would probably be a close one since they are both dead but i would have to say spawn since he has all of the chains at his command

3) Captain America would own batman because he has superpowers, batman just has a tool belt

1) Silver Surfer is powerful but Superman is stronger and faster. Surfers powers won't affect Supz.
2) Spawn of course. Ghost rider only has his chain and Stare, unlike Spawn who has mystical powers!!!
3) that has been done on Marvel vs DC and its a tie. but for me its Batman.
