I think a lot of the people who answered your question don't know a lot about pregnancy, or have never been pregnant themselves.

I started to get some mild pregnancy symptoms 5 days after conception. I developed blue veins on my breasts and hands. I also became a little moody, and I don't get PMS.

However, some of the other pregnancy symptoms do take a while longer to develop. Here's a time-frame.

Morning sickness: 2-8 weeks after conception. I didn't really have any of this in the first trimester, but now I'm further along, I can't seem to hold my bladder at all!

Frequent urination: 2-3 weeks after conception

Tingling, tender and swollen breasts - as early as a few days after conception. I noticed this about 3 weeks after conception, although my breasts were never really extremely sore.

Darkening of the aerola - late in the first trimester. I only noticed this early in the beginning of the second trimester (13 weeks)

Food cravings - late in the first trimester. There was no particular time for me when I got food cravings. It is every so often, although I do get them much more now, and I'm 15 weeks pregnant.

Mood swings - around the time of an expected period, which is why many women confuse it the hormonal changes of pregnancy with PMS.

Good luck, and I hope you get the answers you were looking for!

No not likely and the day you had sex is not necessarily the day you get pregnant, sperm can survive for 72 hours sometimes longer, if you are pregnant it could be just one day. Most women experience no symptoms before the first missed period. Around that time you may start to have implantation bleeding and begin to feel tired.

You won't get pregnancy symptoms until after implantation occurs, which is usually 7-10 days after conception. However, it is different for everyone. http://www.babycenter.com has plenty of information.

I don't think so. If you are, it might just be all in your mind. Your body will tell you if something is wrong. Don't ignore it. I have two kids and with the first one, I was able to tell within a week. Everyone's body is different, but you will be able to tell within a two week period.

Not really. Symptoms come with a change in hormons and you wouldn't have that at least for another two weeks.
