ASK. Spying on people hurts trust. Trust is important in a relationship.

But you can:

Get a Keylogger

Check out the Cookies (where they are is dependent on your operating system)

Look at the Temporary Internet Files (where they are is dependent on your operating system)

Good Luck

No easy way if they cleared the history. Unless they did not clear the temp internet files or the cookies. You may be able to detect any sites that leave a cookie (they often have the site name as their file name). You can also see what pictures where on the site in the temp internet files even if you can't tell the name of the site. Do a search for *.jpg and *.gif for the picture files.

You can check out the cookies folder or the Temporary Internet Items folders. These will store information that may shed light on browsing habits. You can also get a program to view the index.dat file. This will show you much more information.

You know, if I felt I had to check something like this I would realize I had some trust issues going on and either ask or drop this significant other.

Ask him or her. Offer to view it with him or her. Talk about it. What turns him on and why, maybe what turns you off and why. What is going through his mind when he looks. Maybe tell him to leave the history tere so you can look too. Realize that men and women are WAY different when it comes to veiwing sexual images. Talk and understand.

Everytime you do anything online it leaves "footprints" you might be able to call a tech at your local computer store. It doesnt get completely erased.
