If you believe that you will never be happy then you will never allow yourself to be happy and always doubt what you have. If we look at what is good in our current situation instead of all that is lacking we will feel better. A lot of happiness is controlling how the negative things effect us and rising above it.

if 100 is a A, don't ask for 120. cause that is hard. beside a 90 is still a A. So live with a 90 and you would feel better
