You will know if you have a hernia, it hurts that much (like on the floor crying hurt). You might have muscle pains or a spraing.
Best bet, find a nurse/doctor to check your back out. If they see something go see your real doctor.
Inny and outty don't have that much to do with it.

My son was born with a hiatal hernia which means his belly button stuck out. It caused him no pain though. The doctor said it'd go away in a few years and it did, but that was probably because my son was an infant. Does what you think is a hernia cause you pain? I think you should have it checked out just to be sure you understand what's going on.

see a doctor it could be a rupture of the stomach wall if theres like a pushing and pain it could be a loop of gut and a twist can cause peritonitis and thats a killer so if worried see doctor soon
