Go by their personalities...what if the better looking one is conceited for her looks, and the overweight one is conceited because of her money? If both are conceited, then I'd say neither...find a third choice. If the better looking one has the nicer personality, go for that one. If it's the overweight one with the nicer personality, then go for that one.
