better yet: "how may this lowly commoner serve you?"
or "your majesty" and "uncultured westerner"

I am trying to tease a friend who thinks herself a princess.
So I need something sounding formal and medieval.

Do you want old-fashioned phrases? Does princess mean a girl of a royal family? If so, I think this is what you want.

Keiko oujyo, goyo wo omoushitsuke kudasai mase.

"oujyo" means a daughter of a king.
"goyo" means an order.
"omoushitsuke" means to tell.
"kudasai mase" means please.

But I recommend this. This is often used for SM play.lol

Keiko ojyo-sama, kono inu keto no watashi ni nan narito goyo wo omoushitsuke kudasai.

"kono" means this.
"inu" means dog.
"keto" means westerner.
"watashi" means I.
"nan narito" means anything you like.

whole meaning is

Princess Keiko, would you please tell this dog-like westerner any order you like.
