It's actually been done! lol And the married woman won...But because she ended up having a breakdown and the judge found the husband and the *malicious other woman at falt.
The other woman, was actually rubbing it in the wifes face.

Yes I think you can sue him and her for alienation of affection. But I don't know about in all states.

It may be possible, but I have a bigger question for you -- why would you want to? I know you're angry and hurt, but you need to move forward. You need to decide what you're going to do - tolerate his cheating or leave him. The problem is not her, it's him. She didn't vow to honor and cherish you all your days. She didn't promise to comfort you in sickness and health etc. I wouldn't give her a thought. I'd be trying to decide what I was going to tolerate. I wouldn't validate her role in my life by suing her.
