Advil if it's bad. Caffeine if it's not. Seriously, caffeine helps-dilates the veins in your head or something.

gatorade is helpful--but the best and 100% effective remedy is to have someone massage the sides of your neck. Have them find the tiny sore spot--you have one on each side. Have them message it gently--slowly increasing the pressure as you can stand it--then have them rub the back sides of your ears(this will feel much better, it doesnt hurt the same) then have them go back to your sore spots and rub them until the headache has subsided for more than five minutes(if you stop early--it will come back) the whole process takes about 15-20 minutes--it will knock out the most serious of headaches--even those that have lasted for a week or more. IT WORKS EVERYTIME IF DONE CORRECTLY AND PATIENTLY.

Well..a simple headache can be treated with ASA or Tylenol or Ibuprofen...but..if you are allergic to any of these meds don't take them, if this headache is accompanied with vomiting, dizziness, unsteady walking, blurred vision or any other concerns..see a doctor first.

Disprin Direct, it's a soluble aspirin.
But I'd wait until it was really bad first.

And if I was due to donate blood I wouldn't take it.

Tylenol--> but i hate taking meds. So I usually take a cold shower and the head ache goes away. If that does not work then i take the pill.

I normally just sleep, and it goes away, but if I have to stay awake I use something called '4head' it's a none druggy pain reliever, you just rub it on your head, it stinks but the smell goes after about a minute, it really does work.
