No. There is no such thing as a seal of first base. They only time a batter can reach first base is if they hit the ball and the ball doesn't reach first before they do then they are safe. If the batter is walked or if the batter reaches first base before the catcher throws it to first on a third drop strike. But you can steal 2nd, 3rd, and home when pitcher throws wild pitch

NO BUT ON A THIRD STRIKE IF THE CATCHER LETS THE BALL GET AWAY HE CAN RUN AND TRY TO MAKE IT BEFORE THE BALL ARRIVES.
