hes always been like this seince ive met him and nothings changing it. he knows how much it bothers me but i think he uses it to his advantage cuz he knows im now insecure about it. and i think hes insecure cuz he is always looking at females to see if they will look at him. not many females look at him... no females ever turn their head for him... but when a female does notice him... he will stare at her or keep lookin at her. hes alwyas looking at unattractive females and anything with a vagina cuz he thinks they might look at him. is it bad that all he wants to do is look at other females... as long as he is comming home to me?

Well...under normal circumstances ..."Just Looking" is fine and to be expected...he is a man after all...
However, if you have repeatedly made it clear that it bothers you and he does it anyway and doesn't even try to be sly about it...there is obviously a respect issue there. He feels that boosting his ego and scoping out girls...(even if you think they are ugly girls) is more important than making sure you're happy.
It sounds like you both have self esteem issues because he shouldn't be staring down girls (that's creepy) and it shouldn't make you post this question 20 times on yahoo answers...it obviously bothers you ...alot.
I've noticed that one thing that helps with that is talking...If you can boost each other's self esteem and both of you be confident in your relationship...he won't stare so much (like a creepy stalker) and when he does sneak a peek..it won't bother you so much.
There are two issues to address here...His Lack Of Respect for You...and Your Mutual Lack of Self Esteem.

This is just an observation, but you've posted this question here like 14 different times....so either it's really bothering you, in which case you should break up with him...or you accept that some guys will stare at anything female and get on with life.

Well if he knows that it bothers you and he still does it, then you should tell him that you weren't joking that it bothers you and if it continues then leave him. Warn him that if he doesn't stop that you are going to leave him and he will stop because if not a lot of girls stare at him then he will have a hard time finding another woman. He should cherish you now that he has you.

Guys are like that!! You just have to give him just a little bit of freedom to look but still keep an eye on him so that at the end of the day he comes back to you. It's normal all guys do it!!
