Ok to reply back to what people have said:
1. My mommy doesn’t really care because she’s to busy take my brother to his friends to hang out and I can’t see my daddy.
2. I have already told my mom I need to see a doctor.
3. I can’t buy Tylenol or Motrin.
4. I have not had a recent cold or flu.
5. I have pain in my back mostly where my right kidney is.
6. The only thing I can keep down is ice chips, flavor-pops [frozen and non-frozen], and Gatorade.
7. I can’t take aspirin because I throw it up.
Thank you so much, I hope that explains more.

you need to see a doctor. at temperatures this high for such a period of time, your enzymes in your body begin to denaturize, or unwind. since your young, this probally doesnt make too much sense, but it can become a bad situation. call someone, your grandma, aunt, uncle, family friend. having a temperature of 102 or more can be dangerous if not controlled. take a NSAID such as tylenol or advil, alternating them. your best bet would be to use motrin. drink lots of water and take vitamin c, if you have any, if not, eat lots of fruit, but most importantly, get some help from a medical professional, for your healths sake!

See a doctor. Call a friend's parent, relative, 911. Something is wrong and as a nurse I can not prescribe medication or diagnose. However, something is very wrong if you had a temp and rising for 4 days. With a temp of 103, it is time to get physical help and not cyber help.

This is not good. Aren't your parents involved? You need medical care. In the meantime drink plenty of fluids and take an anti-inflammatory med like aspirin or motrin or tylenol to help control your temp. Put ice packs under your armpits too. And get help!

Try alternating Tylenol and Motrin and if the temp doesn't get better tell ur mom you need to see a doctor. Temperatures of such a low degree indicates an infection.

That's not too high to worry about, but you could be battling an infection that won't go away on its own. Another day or two of fevers and I would go see a doctor.

Go to a doctor! It can be a million things but at least put some urgency into your plan, a fever means something isn't right...
